We decided to make rice flour sugar cookies for our Family Home Evening activity and decorate them for Valentines Day. It was quite the experiment as I'd never made sugar cookies with rice flour and Spencercito barely even knows what a cookie is (until I remembered a few months ago that no-bake cookies don't have wheat). Spencer loved to mix and cut out the cookies but his favorite part was eating the decorations. We had a lot of fun. Also posted is Lily's first time going to church doesn't she look cute?
