Spencer and I went to the USC dental school formal dance. It only took us two days, three items and several shopping trips to find a dress and accessories that would be acceptable and modest. We had a good time at the dance-it kind of felt like we were at a high school prom-except for the open bar and the kids waiting for us at home. The theme was "Make an Impression" ha ha, pretty clever. Take a good look at the backdrop for the photos-it is an impression tray. Classy.
Aunt Barbie and Uncle Dave had a 12 hour layover here in LA so we got to see them for the first time in almost 4 years! The last time we saw them was when we were passing by Chicago, newly married and on our way to our NYC adventure. It was great to visit with them and for them to meet the kids.
