Sundays

Not to complain, but our church meetings are at a very awkward time: 12:15-3:15. This means that Spencer doesn't get a nap before church, barley gets some semblance of a lunch and is basically super cranky by the time we hit sacrament meeting which is incidentally, the last hour of the block. When church was in the AM we would get comments on how well behaved Spencer was. Now we just get sympathetic looks from other parents as we carry our screaming toddler out the door after only 15 minutes of the meeting after exhausting all our our books, fruit snacks, and incredible supply of cars, trucks, trains, and heavy machinery. When we got Lily home I just had to take a picture, because she looks how I felt. Exhausted and a little frazzled. We can't wait until December when our new schedule changes as we can go back to enjoying the meetings!
